Regular Maintenance of Belt Conveyor
After belt conveyor is put into use, it’s necessary for users to pay attention to the regular inspection. Otherwise, it will not only affect the working efficiency of belt conveyor, but also reduce its lifespan.
Daily Inspection
Mechanical Parts: rollers, pulley, belt, bend pulley, guardrail.
Electrical Parts: belt sway switch, anti-reverse-rotation device, antiskid device, tearing detection device.
Weekly Inspection
Mechanical Parts: inspect the driving wheel and every reducer, check tail of machine, tension device and pull switch.
Electrical Parts: the main motor, frequency converter, power system, etc.
Monthly Inspection
Mechanical Parts: all parts of rope sheave, transition pulley, driving wheel, tension car and pulley.
Electrical Parts: joint bolts, high-speed switch, commutator, position limitation protection and other warning systems.
